WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

I WISH I HAD ENOUGH CLOTHES BEFORE THE OTHER GUESTS. IS IT POSSIBLE?
By being a member (bronze, silver or gold) it is possible to know the exact time of the display of new products. Gold members have access to a private group with exclusive articles, 1 week before they are posted on the website. For more information on membership, click here .
I HAVE SEVERAL CLOTHES FOR SALE. DO YOU TAKE INSTRUCTIONS?
Unfortunately no clothing on the site are in consignment We don’t buy clothes from private individuals. However, it is possible to exchange your clothes for new ones from the friperie by being a member (bronze, silver or gold). Click here for more information.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU POST NEW STUFF?
We post news on the site every 1-2 days, in the news section. New products are displayed at different times.
HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
The clothes are classified from xsmall to xlarge according to their measurements. We do not rely on the size written on the label of the garment. Many clothes are European and the sizes are not the same as clothes from other countries. All sizes on this site are therefore standard. If one size suits you normally the other clothes of the same size should fit you.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT SUIT ME?
Yes, only items received by mail or items recovered without contact at the boutique in Terrebonne. To return an item you must contact us by email at friperiedeluxeenligne@gmail.com within 2 days following the date of receipt of the package or the date you picked up the merchandise at the boutique. When we receive the merchandise, a credit will be issued to you. Postage is non-refundable. The item must return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. The return costs are paid by the customer. When a purchase is made on site in the store, there is no return policy. For any sale of 40% or more, please refer to our returns policy. Click here.

Yes it’s possible. You must first do the payment to reserve your item. No refund will be made if the item does not suit you. However, it will be our pleasure to offer you a credit (of the price paid) for your next purchase. For any sale of 40% or more, please refer to our returns policy. Click here.
