SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are fixed at $10 for one item and $17 for 2 to 6 items. It is possible to combine several items for the same order. Just let us know.

La Friperie Deluxe is not responsible for unclaimed packages and does not bear the costs associated with the return of products. Everything will be assumed by the customer.

La Friperie is not responsible for delays incurred by the carrier.

Orders are mailed within 24 to 48 business hours following your payment. Orders placed on Friday will be mailed the following Monday.

A tracking number and proof of postage will be given to you when the package is sent.

Delivery times are 1 business day. The parcel delivery service is very fast.

To return an item you must contact us by email at friperiedeluxeenligne@gmail.com within 2 days following the date of receipt of the package or the date you picked up the merchandise at the boutique. When we receive the merchandise, a credit will be issued to you. Postage is non-refundable. The item must return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. The return costs are paid by the customer. The return policy is applicable only for items received by mail or items picked up without contact at the boutique in Terrebonne. When a purchase is made on site in store, there is no return policy. Any sale of 40% or more is final sale. During these sales there is no possibility of returns or exchanges.

When you come to pick up an item at the boutique in Terrebonne, without any face-to-face meeting. It is possible to obtain a credit if the item does not suit you by contacting us within 2 days following the day you picked up the item. The credit is valid for a period of 12 months.
